All shipments include invoice, packing list, phytosanitary certificate, and Certificate of Analysis (CoA, per batch, accredited lab). FDA facility registration is included from 1 kg; FDA Prior Notice is filed for each US-bound shipment. Vanillature’s REX EU registration number is available to all EU customers automatically. Certificate of Origin (COO/SKA) is issued for EU orders from 5 kg, and for other countries on request. Pricing provided on request — no public price list.

Lead Time
Contact for current availability. Lead times vary by product, quantity, and season. Typical: 5–14 business days from order confirmation to shipment.
Incoterms
Available: EXW (Ex Works, Medan facility) and FOB (Free On Board, Belawan Port, Medan, North Sumatra). Other terms by arrangement.

Shelf Life & Traceability
- Shelf life (beans): 2 years from the date of packing (not date of harvest), in unopened vacuum packaging, room temperature, away from direct light and heat sources
- Packing date and best-before date: Printed on every carton.
- Typical remaining shelf life on arrival: 18+ months by air freight; 14+ months by sea freight (indicative figures based on production experience — formal shelf-life stability study in progress).
- Lot traceability: Batch/lot code on every carton, traceable to curing batch and Certificate of Analysis.
- Split-portion vacuum packing: Split-portion vacuum packing on request — the order is divided into smaller sealed units so the customer opens only what they need and the remainder keeps its moisture under vacuum. Additional fee applies; quoted per order
