Available: EXW (Ex Works, Medan facility) and FOB (Free On Board, Belawan Port, Medan, North Sumatra). Other terms by arrangement.

Shelf Life & Traceability
- Shelf life (beans): 2 years from the date of packing (not date of harvest), in unopened vacuum packaging, room temperature, away from direct light and heat sources
- Packing date and best-before date: Printed on every carton.
- Typical remaining shelf life on arrival: 18+ months by air freight; 14+ months by sea freight (approximate — typical, not guaranteed).
- Lot traceability: Batch/lot code on every carton, traceable to curing batch and Certificate of Analysis.
- Split-portion vacuum packing: Split-portion vacuum packing on request — the order is divided into smaller sealed units so the customer opens only what they need and the remainder keeps its moisture under vacuum. Additional fee applies; quoted per order
